The fine emboss and brozing plate is specially used in fine pattern, and produces finer and clearer line(precision can be up to0.02MM for the pattern )compared with traditional plate. With more strict quality control,the error is about 0.01mm generally.

 The format of the art, the structure of the camber, and the three-D effect can give you a strong visual effect. While traditional plate can only produce some simple visual effect, and you can only see the photogravure and phototype on the traditional plate.
